Meet the TSI Leadership Team

TSI’s Leadership Team possesses diverse skills and a range of capabilities, ensuring clients TSI will provide the broad range of services required to support a business through a full range of activities:

• evaluation of its severance practices
• analysis of potential options
• building of consensus for a new direction
• design, documentation and implementation of the selected alternative
• regulatory compliance and ongoing execution of the plan.

Elizabeth Corley, Senior Vice President, has been leading TSI for five years and is responsible for Human Resources for TSI’s parent company, the RVI Group. Prior to Joining RVI and TSI, Elizabeth was a founding partner in a consulting firm specializing in strategy implementation and organization transformation.

David Klanica is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TSI and its parent company, the RVI Group. Dave spent three years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Pitney Bowes Capital Services, and has also held roles with GE Capital and Mercedes-Benz Corporation.

Mike McGroarty, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, heads the legal departments of TSI and the RVI Group and is responsible for direction of all legal functions of both entities in compliance with applicable law and regulations. Mike is member of the state bars of Connecticut, California and Pennsylvania.

Joe Few, ChFC, Vice President of Sales, brings a tremendous depth of knowledge, relationships and experience to TSI from his 27 years in financial services with over half of that working with companies in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Rosemary Sharkey, Operations Manager since 2001, has more than twenty-five years of Payroll and Payroll Tax Compliance experience. Prior to joining TSI, her experience included several payroll conversions and design of a payroll tax liability system for a Fortune 200 company.

Kathleen Linnane, Ph.D., Manager, Business Development and Analytical Services, joined TSI in 2007 as the Manager of Sales and Marketing. Her previous experiences involved project development and management with several major corporations. She holds a doctorate from Cornell University.
